This stupid little (Sam) woke coward woosy and the those that helped him build this scam, may as well not even be tried for any criminality due to our judicial systems corruption with corrupt judges who do not beleive in constitutional LEGAL TEXTUALISM nor ORIGINALISM (meaning they can make up their own laws and consequences without fear of repudiation or punishment for erroneous amoral judgements which obviously includes our wonderful politicians and corporate leaders), there is technically nothing illegal about duplicity- lying-theft-tax evasion and financial deprivation of innocent tax paying law abiding God fearing people in our society. It's a shame what's happening and sadly, it's starts with judicial system corruption and the political elite which is primarily the liberal democratic party members or the left of the political spectrum. Very sad.

30. Interesting. His parents and their legal team are powerful and influential. I can only assume their top goal is to keep their little boy out of jail. The fact that bail was granted – and paid! – is telling. So he's out of jail indefinitely. Round one to the defense. Now I read that SBF will cop a plea and "name names." Given the clout of his legal team this will no doubt be highly leveraged to the benefit of the defendant. With the promise of some sort of restitution, and delaying the proceedings until the public outrage has move on to other things, my guess hell get some sort of highly restrictive – or not – supervised probation for 10+ years or so. So no jail for SBF, a huge win for the defense.
