11. I am very confused by the previous cardano video. Over at your discord group, there was a user called "Cheeky Chris" that says "Yeah I think so. The only thing that brings lower lows now is a fed pivot and a financial collapse imo". But, in this video, it says that cardano is heading on the downtrend and it will reach lower lows and establish a new bottom? So where are we heading?

12. the ongoing case is an interesting one. based on what I've seen and read the SEC still has a fairly strong case when it comes to sales by ripple to institutions where contracts exist, so the SEC will likely feel they can still get a large fine and smack on the wrist for Ripple in court. The area where they may be forced to settle with Ripple will be whether the Ripple Execs were reckless in their abetting of Ripple in those sales to institutions. I think the judge made quite a clear ruling on what she deemed in scope and out of scope. Key takeaway is she essentially torpedoed the SEC's case against Coinbase because programmatic (blind) sales of crypto currency do not meet the criteria of Howey and therefore are not securities when sold on exchanges albeit only applicable to XRP in this specific case the ruling will be damning for the SEC going forward as it attempts to "regulate" exchanges.
