  1. In example 3, where does gravity come into play? Doesn't that have to be factored in? It seems like it would take more work to move a box 10 feet UP a ramp than it would to push it 10xcosx20 horizontally. That's only 9.4 feet. Can you explain?

  2. I like the examples you worked out to determine the work done given the force, displacement and inclination angles. The geometrical and component methods are good to know.
