I have been trying to get my USD out of Bittrix since March 31 after being locked out of my account for 8 months and sending my picture and resending my picture and resending it again . finally I said well its safe. then I get a email saying that they are leaving U.S so I send the information again this time they approved it but it took 10 whole days I was soo happy only to be disappointed again because everything was blocked I couldn't withdraw or transfer anything and customer service is no longer responding to my cry for help. So pissed. I thought my funds would be safe since its a U.S. exchanged. But it looks like since I stay in Texas they will more then likely send my funds to the controllers office then I will have to go through hell getting it from them.
